Cordova slow/blocking build (mergeArm...)

It's because there are too much files in www/

In my case it was node_modules/ that I had to move from www/ to src/

I think the build phase tries to merge the files on the platform folder. But the more files, the slower it gets I guess

sdk.dir is missing. Make sure to generate local.properties using 'android update project' or to inject it through the ANDROID_HOME environment variable.

Open the terminal window and enter the following:
export ANDROID_HOME=/Applications/adt-bundle/sdk (ng: write your own path to sdk)

Once you have this set, you need to add this to the PATH environment variable
export PATH=$PATH:$ANDROID_HOME/bin

http works, https doesn't.

The problem could come from the certificate:
