Facebook: Z-index issue on like button/box

A lot of people talk about some overflow:hidden property on the parent to remove.
I did have this property but changing it didn't help me a bit.

In my case, my social bar was position:fixed on the left of my content. So the only thing which helped me was to add a z-index: 9999 to my fixed div

Hope this will help someone.
