- 4-5 ripe avocados (slightly soft to the touch)
- 1 plum (roma) tomato
- 1 small red onion
- 1/2 of a green bell pepper
- 1 lime
- 1/2 of a bunch of cilantro
- 1 garlic clove (you can also use garlic powder as an alternative)
- _for a spicy version, add 1-2 jalapeño peppers_
- Mash up the avocados with a fork.
- Chop/dice the tomato, onion, and pepper.
- Finely chop the cilantro and mince the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and squeeze in the lime juice.
- Salt to taste
